translateMe 1.2
Today I updated and submitted version 1.2 of my translation iPhone application, translateMe. A friend of mine sent me a message in Facebook about two weeks ago with a suggestion for my translateMe app. This is his message:
“I have an idea for your translate app for the iphone: a swap button. Something to swap the languages around. So it's easy to go from Espanol-->English to English-->Espanol.
That would be really helpful.”
After I got the message, I opened the translateMe app in myApple touch and realized he was right, it would be really helpful to just clicka button to swap the languages selected. I finally got to it this morning; I opened xcode and got it done, well, only after drinking a big cup of coffee.
If you are a translateMe user, expect the update to be available in the iTunes store in the coming days, Apple takes some time to review new submitted applications and updates as well.
If you currently don’t use translateMe for the iPhone and iPod touch, please give it a try, it is simple and it does just what it claims, translates text from and to 33 languages
The translateMe application also offers a couple of unique features such as emailing the translated results right from your iPhone or iPod touch and swapping languages selected with the push of a button, simple.
